How to use Rebalance

Rebalance offers online courses and a content library to help you build wellness habits into your workday. 

Our courses are short, and should take around 20 minutes to complete, and they are designed to guide you through specific topics, for example to improve your mood, de-stress, or reduce your experience of pain, and then offer tiny exercises that you can practice to support your wellbeing. If you’re short on time or would like to perform a one-off rebalance, you can find what you’re looking for in our library of tiny rebalances and video content. 

We recommend that you begin with our introductory course which will take you step by step through the Tiny Habits method of habit formation and which offers a range of simple wellness exercises designed to improve your workday.
