Wrist Rotations

Perform 2 rounds of slow wrist rotations:

  1. Raise your forearms up to be parallel to the ground and make loose fists with your hands
  2. Inhale, breathing through your nose, and rotate both hands clockwise. Try to keep your forearms still as you move
  3. Exhale through your nose and rotate your hands anticlockwise
  4. Perform one more round as above
