Tiny Seated Twists

Perform 1 round of seated twists:

  1. Sit up straight and take a deep inhale
  2. As you exhale, twist to the right side by bringing your left hand to the outside of your right thigh, and your right hand to the back edge of your chair
  3. Inhale to return to centre
  4. Exhale and twist to the left side, bringing your right hand to the outside of your left leg and your left hand to the back of the chair
  5. Inhale to return to a neutral position
  6. Celebrate! You’re building your wellness habit!
