Seated Side Bends

Perform 1 round of seated side bends:

  1. Sit up straight, interlace your fingers and press your palms away from you
  2. Inhale and raise your arms overhead, trying to press your palms towards the ceiling
  3. Exhale and lean towards the right side
  4. Inhale, come up to centre
  5. Exhale, lean towards your left side. Then inhale to return to centre and lower your arms
  6. Celebrate! You did it!
