Tiny Seated Figure Four

Perform a seated stretch for your lower back and hips:

  1. Sit straight and place your right ankle on top of your left knee to create a figure four position
  2. Bend forwards from your hips and walk your hands forwards over your desk to create a stretch in your outer hip
  3. Stay in this position while you take two deep breaths
  4. Inhale to sit upright and place your right foot back on the floor
  5. Perform on the left side by placing your left ankle on your right knee
  6. Celebrate and be proud of yourself!
