Neck Moves: Side to Side

Perform 1 round of mindful side to side neck movements:

  1. Sit up straight and as you exhale bend your neck to the right, so your right ear moves down towards your shoulder
  2. As you inhale, bring your head up to centre
  3. Exhale bend your neck down towards your left shoulder
  4. Inhale and lift your head up to centre
  5. Celebrate! That’s awesome!
