Sit to Stand Squats

Perform 2 rounds of sit to stand squats:

  1. Sit on the edge of your chair with your feet facing forwards and hip distance apart
  2. Inhale and press through your feet and stand up (try not to use your hands)
  3. Exhale and squat back into your chair
  4. Perform one more sit to stand squat
  5. Celebrate! You did it!
