Shoulder Stretch

Perform 1 round of shoulder stretches:

  1. Sit up straight and relax your shoulders
  2. Bring your right arm out in front of you, upper arm parallel to the floor, forearm pointing up
  3. Wrap your left arm underneath and press the backs of your hands together
  4. Take 3 deep breaths as you move your elbows up on a diagonal and your shoulder blades apart
  5. Release your arms and repeat on the left side, taking 3 deep breaths with your right arm under your left
