Seated Cat-Cows

Perform 1 round of seated cat-cow stretches:

  1. Sit up straight and place your palms on the tops of your knees
  2. Inhale and arch your spine forwards and lift your chin to look up
  3. Exhale and round your back and move your chin towards your chest
  4. Inhale and return to a neutral position
  5. Celebrate! You’re building your wellness habit!
