Neck Moves: Up and Down

Perform 1 round of mindful neck movements up and down:

  1. Sit upright
  2. As you exhale, bend your neck down, bringing your chin to your chest
  3. Inhale and lift your head up and back as far as is comfortable
  4. Exhale to bring your head back to a neutral position
  5. Celebrate! Well done!
