Neck Moves: Rotations

Perform 2 mindful neck rotations:

  1. Exhale and bend your neck down to bring your chin towards your chest
  2. As you inhale, slowly rotate your head clockwise until your chin comes back to your chest
  3. Exhale and rotate your neck anticlockwise
  4. Inhale and lift your head up to a neutral position
  5. Celebrate! You did it!
