Gaze Change

Change your focal point:

  1. Keep your head in a neutral position 
  2. Without moving your head, focus your gaze on a distant point (on an opposite wall, out a window etc)
  3. Keep your gaze on the distant point as you inhale, breathing into your abdomen as you count from 1 to 5 
  4. Maintain your gaze and exhale, relaxing your abdomen as you count from 5 to 1
  5. Congratulations!
