Fingers and Palm Stretch

Perform a mindful palm and forearm stretch:

  1. Bring your right arm out in front of you, with your palm facing away from your body, fingers pointing up
  2. Keep your shoulders relaxed
  3. Place your left palm over the fingers of your right hand, and press your fingers back towards yourself 
  4. Take two deep abdominal breaths through your nose as you press your fingers
  5. Release your right hand and perform the exercise on the left side
  6. Celebrate taking time for yourself! You did it!
