Eye Relaxation

Perform a gentle eye relaxation:

  1. Vigorously rub your hands together until you generate some heat and your palms feel warm
  2. Close your eyes and place your warm palms over your eyes
  3. Hold your hands over your eyes until the heat dissipates
  4. Blink your eyes open into your palms before lowering your hands
  5. Celebrate and congratulate yourself! You did it!
