Eye Movements

Perform tiny eye movements:

  1. Begin with your head facing forwards in a relaxed, natural position
  2. Inhale and look up, continue to look up for the full length of your inhale
  3. Exhale and look to the right side, keeping your eyes in this position until you finish exhaling
  4. Inhale and look down
  5. Exhale and look to the left side. Then relax your eyes.
  6. Celebrate taking time to help yourself!
