Blinking Practice

Perform 3 deliberate and gentle blinks:

  1. Sit up straight with your shoulders relaxed, feet on the floor, and hands resting in your lap
  2. Inhale through your nose and breathe into your abdomen
  3. Exhale through your nose as you gently close your eyes, keep your eyes closed for the duration of your exhalation
  4. Inhale abdominally as you open your eyes
  5. Repeats steps 3 and 4 twice more
  6. Congratulations! Smile to yourself!
