Mindfully Breathe

Let’s take 3 mindful breaths!

  1. Sit up straight, breathe through your nose, and become mindful of the feel of your breath as it moves in and out
  2. Inhale and notice the feel of your breath as it moves in your nose, filling your lungs
  3. Exhale and observe the air moving out your nostrils and the fall of your chest
  4. Take two more mindful breaths
  5. Congratulate yourself!
