Tiny Rebalance: Deep Breathing

Begin now by simply taking 3 relaxed, deep breaths:

  1. Sit up straight, breathe through your nose and place one hand on your abdomen
  2. Inhale by breathing 'through' your abdomen and count slowly from 1 to 5 as your abdomen expands outwards
  3. Exhale, allowing your abdomen to relax inwards as you count backwards from 5 to 1
  4. Take 2 more deep breaths counting to and from 5
  5. Congratulate yourself! SMILE! You did it!
